Tim Jackson is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling venture-backed technology companies. His career uniquely spans operating leadership, venture capital investing, and corporate finance — giving him a perspective that few advisors can match.

Most recently, Tim served as SVP Finance and Board Member at Drata, the leading trust management platform. He joined the company at pre-revenue and helped scale it to approximately $150M in ARR — building the Finance, Legal, Accounting, HR, Deal Desk, and M&A functions from inception. During his tenure, Drata raised nearly $400M in institutional capital and completed a transformational ~$250M acquisition.

Prior to Drata, Tim served as Head of Finance at Qualcomm Ventures, where he managed fund financials, led portfolio company valuation, and partnered directly with portfolio CEOs and boards on capital strategy, governance, and growth-stage investment diligence.

Earlier in his career, Tim held corporate finance and FP&A roles at Qualcomm, where he built enterprise financial models and supported global planning cycles. This foundation in large-scale corporate finance, combined with his venture and hypergrowth operating experience, makes him a uniquely effective partner for companies navigating complexity.
